About Us

Mission First Housing Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose vision is to be a premier partner in expanding home options in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our mission to develop and manage affordable, equitable, safe, sustainable homes that support residents and strengthen communities. Mission First provides homes to nearly 6,000 people in over 4,000 apartments. 





We are collaborating with Royersford Baptist Church to bring Cypress Place at Royersford to fruition. Royersford Baptist is the first church that formed in Royersford and has been serving the community for 145 years, since 1879. The congregation seeks to live out the command to love our neighbors through a long heritage of practical actions that meet identified needs.





Mission First has assembled an experienced team of local and regional professionals to create a high-quality workforce housing development. Together with our team, we will employ best practices in design and development – along with feedback from the community – to shape a successful project

Architect

Architectural Concepts PC has been on the forefront of multi-family design in the region for over 45 years. In addition to numerous market-rate developments, Architectural Concepts, with an experienced staff of 16, has successfully completed over 50 multi-family developments including veteran, age-restricted, artist and general occupancy housing.

Civil Engineer

Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC is a dynamic, multi-disciplined firm of Engineers, Certified Inspectors, Landscape Architects, Planners, and Land Surveyors. Bursich Associates joined the Van Cleef team in April, 2023 and has successfully served private and public clients with a broad spectrum of professional engineering services and surveying solutions in Southeastern Pennsylvania for over 50 years.

Contractor

EGStoltzfus Construction, Lancaster, has been a trusted name in multifamily housing projects since 1990, delivering over 60 projects that emphasize attainable living. Notable completed projects include 1528 West Apartments in Allentown, Red Clay Manor Apartments in Kennett Square, Hopewell Manor in Elverson, McCleary Hill in Hagerstown, and Gateway West in Reading. Currently, the company is working on several projects in various stages of completion, such as Bennett Street in Wilmington, DE, Chapel Branch Apartments in Lewes, DE, and Villas of West Whiteland in Exton. EGStoltzfus continues to build communities that meet diverse housing needs with quality and reliability.
